Scanned as delivered but lost or didn't receive it? Email abbiedreamer@gmail.com!

Is your item damaged? Must have ALL these photos:

  • The outside top and bottom of the damaged package (label showing)
  • Inside of the box with packaging materials
  • The Damaged item
  • Close up(s) of the damaged item

 

Processing time is 5-15 business days. Shipped via USPS or UPS.

For U.S. orders please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Holidays may prolong delivery.

Hawaii, Alaska, FPO/AP please allow 12-14 business days.

 

IF PACKAGE IS RETURNED. WE WILL CHARGE A ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE.
