Waja the Party Dinosaur

Have you ever wanted a dinosaur for Christmas?

I promised my sister that I would make her a bright green dinosaur from this book of The Woobles patterns that a friend gave me for my birthday a year or so ago. Of course, I only had some spare time to make her one during winter break of 2024 haha~ 

It was a lovely project to keep me occupied~ And, of course, it was the very first gift my sister got for Christmas! 

I need you to know that she named this little lad Waja, which is the backwards version of the character Ajaw's name. He's a little dinosaur character from Genshin Impact!

Little Waja here was more than ready to celebrate the wonderful Christmas day! Look at his cool party had! He KNOWS how to party~!

And what a wonderful Christimas day it was~

Christmas is a wonderful time to celebrate the birth of the one man who loves you and me more than His own life that He was more than willing to lay Himself down to make us clean, to make us new, and to give us life through the sacrifice of His own!

We couldn't take on the cross ourselves, lest we die and be forever condemned, but the man Jesus Christ could take on our sins. He was a sinless man, taking on a punishment He didn't deserve. But He saw you and me and said that we were so worth that grace and love that would only come through laying His life down as the sacrifice. All so we could come close to Him, have the free gift of salvation, and be able to love Him in return.

Jesus is the King of King and Lord of Lords who did all this for you and me... And yet, He had the most humble of beginnings.

Born in a manger, surrounded by animals, with parents that really are no different than you and me.
